The All Pervading Helping Others Organization (APHO) was founded by Abbot Dakpa Yeshi as the key founder with the assistance of main members; Lama Ngawang Zangpo, Kelsang Dorjee, Sangye Dorjee and Tashi Dentso on the 2nd of September, 2008, and registered as a non-profit organization as per Nepal's law. The organization is exclusively concerned with the care of the disabled and poor people. Abbot Dakpa Yeshi is personally thankful for the opportunity to serve disabled and poor, and extends his love and compassion by helping them. He believes that without them, his life's work would be meaningless. The organization follows the teachings of the lord Buddha.
Over 2500 years ago, Buddha expounded the Four Noble Truths, establishing the significance of suffering. By nature, human life involves constant suffering. Only a trained mind realizes and tries to detach from desires and wants in order to minimize suffering. The ultimate goal is to become indifferent to the mundane realm and helping those in need to be released from worldly habits. Tolerance and forgiveness play key roles in uplifting and removing the suffering of beings, and bringing tremendous happiness to them. It is our goal to offer this training help relive human misery.
Every human depends on love and compassion: these two emotions components for basic survival. At least twice in life human depends on others, first, as a new born baby, and later as an old and infirm person. It makes a great deal of sense for us to show these same qualities to others and extend unqualified generosity to others, treating as we would like to be treated.
